About Us

Tools built by a Quality Engineer who started in the inspection lab.

Why I started

In a lot of manufacturing plants, critical to quality components are still inspected visually against a printed drawing, and the only record is a hard to read signature on an uncontrolled form. Large plants buy expensive vision systems, while small manufacturers usually use printed forms that tend to disappear.

I started this company to give smaller shops better tools that lead to clear, consistent inspections and records you can stand behind in any audit.

My background

I've spent 12 years in manufacturing, working as a Quality Engineer. I learned to write software so I could fix the problems I saw on the floor myself.

Every tool I make is built around how operators actually work: scan your badge, check the part, record the result, and move on.

What to expect

Tools that are simple for operators, solid enough for auditors, and priced for small manufacturers. I'm building them one at a time, starting with Inspection Overlay, and early users get a direct line to me to shape what comes next.
